Want to print attribute name istead of attribute value by passing attribute ID

Is there any way of printing attribute name from attribute ID. For Ex. Name having attribute ID equal to 1. By passing the Id we want to get name of that attribute.

by passing value 1 i want o/p as Name (not value).
