Please help in finding the required report for the EPC, which would be able to display the following information in an Excel spreadsheet: 1. function, 2. (position, organizational unit, role), 3. the incoming document, 4. the description/definition from the incoming document, 5. (position, organizational unit, role of the person submitting the document), 6. outgoing document, 7. (organizational unit, role receiving the document), 8. description/definition of the outbound document. Listed on the table columns. To lines, functions top to bottom on the graph model.
