Wrap text in MS Word table

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a RACI table in a word document. I've  got everything right except the one thing. I'm displaying the roles in vertical cells and when the role name is long the cells height resizes to fit as per the image below. How can I enable wrap text option so the height get fixed?
