can't start express.jnpl

Hello I have downloaded the express.jnlp, but not able to start. The message is:

"express.jnlp can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer"

Do you have any ideas how to "identify this developer" :-).

I am using MacOS operating system. Thanks in advance for your help!
